If you’re a business, yes. To stay in line with GDPR you must put up signs that are easily visible and readable stating that CCTV is in Operation. And if it’s not obvious who operates the CCTV you must also include this detail.

CCTV at Home – Must I put up a Sign by Law?
If you have, or you plan to have CCTV fitted at home, you don’t need to put up signs unless your CCTV views a public area, e.g. the path or road outside your home. However even if it doesn’t capture a public area, in the interests of good neighbourly relations you may want to consider putting up a sign and having a discussion with your neighbours about your use of CCTV security.
