Hik-Connect (Mobile App)

You will log in to this app using your phone number or email address in place of a username.

The password will have been chosen by yourself when the CCTV engineer installed your system.

Forgotten Hik-Connect Password?

If you get to the login screen and cannot remember your password, tap on Forgot Password and choose the option to Reset by Mobile Phone Number or Reset by User Name/Email Address (whichever is applicable to you).

Enter your phone number (or email address) in the appropriate box and tap Next.

A security code will be sent by text message (or email) to the mobile number/email address you entered.  

Type in that security code when requested on screen. You will then be asked to enter a new password.

After changing your password, a (security) “CAPTCHA” will appear and ask you to enter the digits you see on-screen.

Please note: You will be prompted to enter your new password on any other devices that are logged in with your old password.
