Our websites are not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
When someone visits securicocctv.co.uk or securicofireandsecurity.co.uk we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
Telephone calls are recorded for quality and training purposes to ensure that Securico CCTV maintains its standards of customer service excellence.
How long do we keep your data?
We will not retain your data for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this Notice. Different retention periods apply for different types of data, however the longest we will normally hold any personal data is 5 years.
How do we protect your data?
Securico CCTV is committed to keeping your personal data safe and secure.

- regular scenario planning and crisis management exercises to ensure we are ready to respond to cyber security attacks and data security incidents
- regular penetration testing of systems

What you can do to help protect your data:
Securico CCTV will never ask you to confirm any bank account or credit card details via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from Securico CCTV asking you to do so, please ignore it and do not respond.
Legal basis for Securico CCTV processing customer personal data:
Securico CCTV collects and uses customers’ personal data because is it necessary for:
- us to complete our contract with you to provide goods and services
- the purposes of complying with our duties and exercising our rights under a contract for the sale of goods to a customer
- complying with our legal obligations.
In general, we only rely on consent as a legal basis for processing in relation to sending direct marketing communications to customers via email or text message.
