What App Should I Use?

The software to view/playback video and manage your CCTV system can be run on Apple phones, tablets and computers, Android phones/tablets and Windows 10 PCs (Excluding Windows 10S).

On Android devices you can download the application ‘Hik-Connect’ direct from the
manufacturer: https://appstore.hikvision.com/

Or from Apple App Store: https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/hik-connect/id1087803190?mt=8

For iPhone or iPad search your app store for Hik-Connect or download directly from
the manufacturer: https://appstore.hikvision.com/

Or from Google Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.connect.enduser&hl=en_GB&gl=US

On Windows or Mac you can download the software called IVMS-4200 from
Hikvision’s website: https://www.hikvision.com/uk/support/download/software/ivms4200-series/

On Chromebook (Chrome OS) we have tested Hik-Connect (Android) as working on a Google Pixelbook, but results may differ on different Chromebook devices. The Chromebook must have Google Play Store compatibility in order to install the Android version of Hik-Connect.
